Justthetrip has partnered with some third party travel suppliers to allow online reservations. Malahide Travel Ltd, t/a Justthetrip.com has not intended to create or imply any affiliation between us and the owners or operators of any Third Party Sites. You acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions contain no representation, warranty, or endorsement by us of any Third Party Site or any of the products, services, information, or other content available on those sites.

Collection and use of personal information
Justthetrip and our third party suppliers will collect information from you when you request information or make a reservation via our site. Any information obtained from you via this site will be used by Malahide Travel Ltd, t/a Justthetrip.com to identify you as a customer, process your request and/or pass to third party suppliers only in relation to your travel and any other ancillary services you may obtain via www.justthetrip.com

Information collected by us in relation to a confirmed reservation will used for accounting and auditing purposes. We may also use your information to inform you of Special offers and/or new product offerings available on Justthetrip.com. When you receive updates and special offers you will be allowed to remove your Personal Information so that you are no longer subscribed to our mailing list.

We do not sell your name or other private information to third parties.

Reservations and use of site
Justthetrip.com travel planning and reservations service is provided solely to assist you in making legitimate travel reservations and in otherwise transacting business with suppliers of travel-related goods and services, in each case in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. As a condition to your use of the Reservations Service, you represent, warrant, and acknowledge that (1) all information you provide to us regarding your enrollment in or use of the Reservations Service will be true and complete; (2) you are financially responsible for all fees, charges, costs, and expenses relating to transactions booked through the Reservations Service by you or by anyone to whom you have instructed to make reservations on your behalf; (3) you will not execute any transaction through Justthetrip.com Reservations Service other than for yourself or for another person for whom you are legally authorised to act, provided, that you may not require, accept, or otherwise derive any commercial benefit from the execution by you of any transaction through the Reservations Service on behalf of another person; (4) you are at least 18 years of age.

Your reservation and purchase of any product or service via the Reservations Service will be subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the supplier of that product or service, as well as these Terms and Conditions. As a condition of your use of the Reservations Service, you represent and warrant that you will comply with the terms and conditions imposed by any supplier whose product or service you reserve or purchase through the Reservations Service.
