JustTheTrip.com strongly recommend that you print and retain a copy of
our Booking Terms and Conditions for future reference. These conditions
govern all bookings made with JustTheTrip.com and by booking on the site
you accept these terms and conditions. When there is more than one traveller
in a booking, the person who makes the booking accepts these conditions
on behalf of all members of the party and is responsible for all payment
due from the party.
All contracts with JustTheTrip.com including any third party supplier
booking links and the matters arising from these contracts are subject
to Irish law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
JustTheTrip.com is a registered business name of Malahide Travel Ltd.
Co. Reg 73045. with registered offices at New Street, Malahide Co.
Dublin. The Supplier is any airline, car rental company, hotel, tour operator
or insurance provider whose service forms any part of your reservation
on www.justthetrip.com

Payments
To secure your booking, full payment is payable to either JusttheTrip,
Malahide Travel Ltd, or direct to our third party travel suppliers by
the payment due date given on your confirmation of reservation.
Credit/Debit
Card
If your airline tickets are being paid for with a third party credit/debit
card we will require written authorisation to be provided by the cardholder
prior to making the reservation along with the billing address of the
credit / debit card.
Scheduled
Flight Changes and Reservations made by you
If you need to alter your booking prior to ticketing, JustTheTrip.com
will endeavour to assist. Once JustTheTrip.com has received payment, and
a ticket has been issued, any changes will be treated as a cancellation
and rebooking, and the cancellation charges as set out by the airline
will be payable.
You or any member of your party may cancel your reservation at any time
provided that the cancellation is confirmed in writing by the person who
made the original booking. All tickets returned for refund are subject
to a minimum charge of €30.00 per ticket, irrespective of the number
of tickets returned. The fares shown on JustTheTrip.com are discounted
air fare types which are usually quite restrictive for change or refund.
This type of fare will normally carry a significant penalty for cancellations
and refunds, which may even be up to a 100% cancellation penalty. Changes
may also be restricted, subject to a charge or prohibited altogether,
according to route, fare level and airline.
In all cases, unused airline tickets, where reservations are not cancelled
prior to departure, are non-refundable.
Refunds
Tickets are presented to the respective airlines or consolidator for assessment.
Refunds will not be paid to you until the funds have been received by
JustTheTrip.com from the relevant airline or consolidator. This usually
takes a minimum of 8-10 weeks but in some cases (ie. lost tickets etc.)
may take up to 9 months.
Lost or mislaid tickets will incur a re-issue fee levied by the airline
or if required a new set of tickets will have to be issued at the clients
cost. It is always a good idea to keep a copy of your airline ticket,
passport and any relevant visas separate from your travel documents. This
will help to expediate their reissue if lost or mislaid.
Alterations
and Cancellations by the Airlines
In the unlikely event that a booking has to be cancelled by an airline
and no reasonable alternative can be offered (i.e. cancellation of particular
flight by the airlines or schedule change of more than 18 hours) a full
and prompt refund will be made of all monies paid to the JustTheTrip.com
and no compensation is payable by JustTheTrip.com

Flights
Please note that a flight described as "direct" will not necessarily
be non-stop. All departure/arrival times are provided by the airlines
concerned and are estimates only. They may change due to air traffic control
restrictions, weather conditions, operational/maintenance requirements
and the requirement for passengers to check in on time. JustTheTrip.com
is not liable if there is any change to a departure/arrival time previously
given to you or shown on your ticket. It is for this reason that all clients
are advised to reconfirm their flights with the airline, 72 hours prior
to departure. JustTheTrip.com is also unable to make any special arrangements
for you if your flights are delayed as these matters are at the sole discretion
of the airline concerned.
Package
Holidays & Seat Only
Price and availability information are correct at the date of polling
from the Tour operators system. Prices shown represent the base price
as certain tour operators can charge addition fees for under occupancy,
tickets on departure, transfers upon arrival, in flight meals and insurance
optionals. The total cost of your holiday will be confirmed at time of
booking.
Prices are roundtrip per person. Most rates shown are based on two people
sharing however some packages are based on four or more people sharing.
Supplements may be applicable for fewer adults. Any supplements will be
confirmed at the time of booking by our reservation agents.
Certain tour operators add a charge to a late booking or 'ticket on departure'
fee for departure dates close to the time of booking. Any such charges
will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Most prices don't include local taxes.
Please note that for technical reasons and due to us providing you with
the widest possible range of options via 3rd party suppliers. We are not
able to guarantee that these prices are 100% correct and at times human
error may occur.
We accept the following credit cards Mastercard, Visa, American Express
& Diners Club (the following charges apply: 2.0% for all cards. There
is no charge for Laser card bookings.
Additional Tour Operator supplements may apply. Prices shown exclude costs
such as the aviation/security/Fuel Surcharges levy if applicable.
Pricing
Policy
All offers are subject to availability. Prices may change before your
booking is confirmed, in which case you will be informed before full payment
is accepted. No surcharge will ever be levied for air tickets after your
final payment has cleared and tickets have been issued unless you then
amend your reservation.

Passports,
Visas and Health Requirements.
Travellers who use the JustTheTrip.com web site, assume full responsibility
for and hereby release Malahide Travel Ltd, t/a JustTheTrip.com, from
any duty of checking or verifying any passport, visa, vaccination or other
entry requirements for chosen destinations. Travellers are also fully
responsible for verifying all safety and security conditions for each
destination. You agree that JustTheTrip.com is not responsible for any
potential risks and hazards associated with travel to destinations listed
on JustTheTrip.com. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing JustTheTrip.com
assumes no responsibility for standards of hygiene, cuisine, sanitation,
medical treatment or telecommunications services. Nor is JustTheTrip.com
responsible for any political instability, terrorist activity, war, social
or labour unrest, civil disturbances, arbitrary changes in government
policies, local laws or customs, climatic conditions, methods of conducting
business, military activity or emergency evacuation methods.
By embarking on travel arranged through, or utilising information contained
on, JustTheTrip.com, you voluntarily assume the risks associated with
such travel.
Baggage
JustTheTrip.com shall not be responsible for any damage to or loss of
luggage or personal items. JustTheTrip.com strongly recommends the purchase
of travel insurance. All incidents of damaged, lost or stolen luggage
should be reported in writing directly to your insurance company. Note
that all airlines limit the amount of baggage you are permitted to carry
by weight and/or a piece system. All excess luggage will be subject to
additional charges by the airline. The limitations that apply to your
reservation will be noted on your itinerary.
Special
Requests
If you have any special requests, these will be passed on to the relevant
supplier but cannot be guaranteed by JustTheTrip.com.
Taxes
It is not always possible to include all taxes on your ticket - in some
cases certain taxes must be paid locally and these are payable to the
Government of the country departed and are non-refundable. JustTheTrip.com
will endeavour to advise you of these taxes when accepting payment for
your booking.
Warranty
& Liability
JustTheTrip.com shall have no liability to the client for any loss, damage,
costs, expenses or other claims for compensation arising from any information
or instructions supplied by the client which are incomplete, incorrect,
inaccurate, illegible, out of sequence or in the wrong form, or arising
from their late arrival or non-arrival, or any other fault of the client.

JustTheTrip.com shall not be liable to the client or be deemed to be in
breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure
to perform, any of JustTheTrip.com obligations in relation to the specified
services, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond JustTheTrip.com's
reasonable control (including, without limitation, as a result of any
action or omission by any Tour Operator, consolidator, airline, Hotel,
Car Hire Company, Insurance provider or any third party suppliers on Justthetrip.com).
JustTheTrip.com makes no warranty that the service will meet your requirements,
or that the service will be uninterrupted or error free. JusttheTrip shall
not be held liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential
damages, resulting from the use or inability to use the service. Users
of our service must be aware that web and computer problems beyond JustTheTrip.com's
control may occasionally occur. We do not guarantee that the service provided
by this website will be uninterrupted.
Suppliers
Terms & Conditions
Please note that, as between you and any of the supplier services on Justthetrip
whose service form part of your booking, the suppliers' standard terms
and conditions will apply. The suppliers' standard conditions may limit
or exclude liability, often in accordance with international conventions.
Copies of these conditions may be requested in writing, but up to 28 days
must be allowed for delivery.
Complaints
If a problem occurs whilst you are travelling, you must inform the supplier
or Justthetrip.com immediately so that the matter can be put right. In
the event that a complaint cannot be resolved at the time, you must write
within 28 days of your return to the Justthetrip.com or direct to the
relevant services provider customer services department quoting your reservation
details and giving all relevant information. Failure to take these steps
will hinder the suppliers ability to resolve the problem and/or investigate
it fully and in consequence, any right to compensation you may have will
be extinguished or, at the very least substantially reduced.
